  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety standards, and mechanical condition

  • Accept rides without discrimination based on destination, passenger characteristics, or other prohibited factors
  • Provide accurate information about your location, estimated arrival time, and vehicle details
  • Complete trips as requested unless safety concerns or emergencies arise
  • Maintain confidentiality of passenger information and conversations

4.3 Prohibited Activities

All users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using the Service for any illegal activities or purposes
  • Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or discriminating against other users
  • Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information
